FDT5000 Series field mount transmitters put our proven, reliable circuitry in a rugged, splashproof/corrosion-resistant NEMA-4X enclosure for outdoor and industrial applications. A 3-1/2 digit user-rangeable display facilitates local process indication in engineering units.
Available models cover most standard transducers and inputs, from thermocouple and millivolt signals to AC or DC power. DC add, subtract, multiply and divide functions are available. Output capabilities include standards such as 4-20 or 0-1mA, 0-5, 0-10 and –5/+5V, but we’re equally able to provide “oddball” ranges. Input/output/power isolation is standard.
All models use stable, proven circuitry for accurate measurements under varying ambient conditions. AC and DC power choices are available, as are reverse-acting transmitter and display (decreasing output reading with increasing input). The circuit boards are conformal coated for protection against condensation and contaminants.

Note: For field mount transmitters without displays, simply mount our plug-in transmitters inside our ENCL-1 NEMA 4X enclosure.
